Why don't you charge hourly?
Hourly billing incentivises slowness and puts all the risk on you. Fixed pricing means we've done the thinking upfront, you know what you're spending, and we have skin in the game to deliver efficiently.
What if the project scope changes?
Scope changes happen. Any change is documented, priced, and approved by you before we action it. There are no surprise invoices — ever.
Do I pay upfront?
We typically work on a milestone payment schedule — a deposit to begin, then payments tied to key delivery milestones. Full details are in your project agreement.
What's included in the fixed price?
Everything scoped in your project agreement: design, build, testing, deployment, documentation, and a 14-day bug-fix warranty. No extras, no add-ons.
Can I get a quote before the scoping call?
We can give rough ballparks based on project type (see ranges above), but accurate quotes require a scoping call. It's free and takes 30 minutes.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We deliver in fortnightly sprints with live demos so you can give feedback throughout. You're never surprised by the final product.
